the theories are more than calculations

    didnt calculate the %

as I’m in rush to complete everything in time

guess I was wrong to said f9 is not time constraint

maybe due to excessive points to write down for theories

OK was it just me who deflated the given nominal cost of capital in the first question as it was the same rate for revenue and costs so therefore inflation could be left out? 🙂

    phillippahayes :
how many inflatin rates in the question? 1 or more ? if only 1 ,you need to deflated the nominal rate into real rate. if more than 1, you inflate all the costs and revenue and use nominal rate. good luck

You cannot deflate the nominal cost of capital since we were told to calculate the cash flow in nominal term!!!!

in that case ,you must use nominal rate and inflate all the cash flows.
