Hey guys Feb 8th is approaching, i dont know if it's just me but people dont seem to be as nervous as previous times... i think maybe the exams weren't as tough (except P2) Anyway now that the answers are out lets predict our results to kill time I did P5 - i expect anything between 45% and 65%

@Lavinia69 said: Right! I no longer care about my results! I have failed (even though I have not seen my results yet) I am a single parent of 5 children and work full time to feed and cloth them as I will not let the state support them. My dad passed away in November, but still dragged myself the 50 miles to the exam hall in December. This will be the 3rd time trying to pass F9 and have had enough :( I know I am on a rant.............why is this waiting so awful? Congratulations to those that have their results and have passed and commiserations to those that have failed.
Puts everything into perspective. Best of luck and dont give up.......Ur Dad I am sure is proud of you and wants you to succeed.

Well its all to much for me , awaiting p2 result (my final paper) so have decided to celebrate/commiserate early , now on my 3rd pint of Cider . I have self studied all 14 exams , work as a finance manager and as I tell my colleagues who are studying AAT , an exam is a small snapshot of a huge syllabus and dosent change you as a person or your ability to do your job. However I would still love to get a pass and never have to go into the exam hall again???????????? Cheers everyone ????????????whether you pass/ don't get the recommended 50% , there is always another chance and always believe in yourself ????????????????

I just want to sleep and the next few hours fly by, they are dragging :/
SSam12345678911y ago#852
Is it just me or with every hour u get these thoughts of failing creeping into your head. This is torture. We done exam in December and this is February :/ damn it. Yes Rebecca good idea about sleeping as long as u don't get some crazy dream about results.

I have managed to occupy myself the last two weeks but today has been full of anxiety!! I have run out things to do or watch. I am really contemplating of cutting my hair :) what can go wrong....... Less than 3 hours to go to either be free from ACCA or a repeat :(
SSam12345678911y ago#854
Insha'allah Ilham you will pass. All the best Sister :)
Ggemini8911y ago#855

@Ilham my final hours will be spent sleeping, eating, watching football and of course praying to pass. This has been 6 years in the making. A 3years @ uni & 3 years of sitting exams with ACCA. I have experienced every emotion possible. Jubilation, trauma and everything in between. Thankfully I don't have any grey hairs to show for it, but I put that down to good genes.
Ggemini8911y ago#860
@Abdul i m glad that u made it finally. this is really an achievement which requires a lot of hard work and dedication. u deserve the success
MMarsha11y ago#861
Acca quit stalling I know am finally free from you now give me my results!!
MMarsha11y ago#862
When I try to view my ERS I see a vidoe that is not playing when I click play? Away all the finalist have passed congrats guys we made it on to the next!!
AAbdul11y ago#863
Out of curiosity, is anyone feeling confident of passing? I ask as this is a feeling ive never had with ACCA. In comparison to other exams you've done in the past, how would you assess Acca in terms of difficulty?
Iilham11y ago#864
@Abdul tell me about it!!! Prying is definitely a must! I know all about that. i vowed never to study after a degree and ACCA. I want my life back so badly...
AAbdul11y ago#865
@ Marsha were u online last night?
Iilham11y ago#866
ACCA is harder than accountancy degree. P2 was my least favourite paper but the one i enjoyed the most. So much so i failed twice :) With ACCA i never know how i did
MMarsha11y ago#867
Am quite confident as I always EXCEED my expectation in my ACCA exams. Did all the P's by self studying and I have cleared so far........except P3 my last. Jehovah GOD be with me and everyone else here tonight!!
Ggemini8911y ago#868
same case i don't know how i became finalist. but seriously it requires a lot of dedication and hard work. i want to be free now

I think we can only pray for strength to accept the outcome and move on with your life otherwise your fate had been decided the moment the marker finished with your script.
Iilham11y ago#870
@seanan True words :)
