General ACCADec 2014 Session Results!!!!

I got the email from ACCA about the passed finalist but didn't in my last 2 attempts as a finalist. That said I don't think it means anything other than ACCA's systems isn't great and it misses people of communication distributions.

@ Fad, its not a lie I used the link before when i was a non-finalist After exam result, ACCA sent me a letter warning me that i should desist from trying to illegally access my results ....they stated that the have the right to cancel all exams i have written if i continue with such practices Now i am a finalist......i dont want trouble....so i do not want the link For those using it, be careful....!!!! Wish y'all the best

@kibalka: ACCA_QUALIFICATION_STUDENT_SUB#4, right exact to the group defines me on 6 Aug 2014. @adman50: You brought me some hope if ERS online's date is just real time. I'm not sure about time of uploading result but I do think that it's on 3 Feb 2015 as alot clear leaks before. Maybe I'll recheck at that time :)

@Paige results are still being uploaded and last time out the link only came about on the 6th so I'd say keep the link in your back pocket for now, it will come in handy down the line;)

@koolp I just read your post about you being sent a warning letter from ACCA. I just used the link like 3-4 hours ago. I'm also a non finalist. I knew the link would be of no use to me but I just went there out of curiosity. It picked up a wrong e-mail address, one that differs from one that I've registered with ACCA. So now what will happen? I never knew it's such a crime. Do you think I'll be warned by ACCA too?

@Gabriel..do not Panic, ACCA does not warn everyone that uses the link.... only a random number of students.....and yes they sounded like its a crime, i even called them and said i wasnt aware its an illegal link Anyway...relax ...hope you dnt fall within the random number of student ACCA will warn for using the link Wish u all d best with your results

Hello Guys, Please does anyone know of where we can find the list/datebase of all affiliated ACCA students from 2000 till date?

My status report didn't freeze at 28th as last time. It is still showing the up to date time (29.Jan)

Where's ACCA's ethics if they cancel our past exams cos the link is so normal. No warning to refer specified link. How can we know that it's illegal or not. They have no ability to protect information then they have no effective effort to improve but yelling at us that you made a crime. What a pity! Each time I try with the link, it's not only my curiosity, it's also the way I check ACCA's responsibility. With annual fee and like a student, that's our right!

me too my status report froze on 28th last time but not this time... however myacca is still very strange i wish i could describe it, i've never seen it like this before.... anyone else experiencing this? very very strange

@kibalka your ACCA is maybe strange because maybe now you've become an affiliate. Mine is as usual, not a new thing there.

@mzhawydrake please check your messages @Gabriel i dont think so because it says am still a student @saiyan2005 1. the page is white and menu tree is missing 2. on top there where you have member number, mine is just number then besides it on the right i have 'student' 3. Page layout is: 'Personal details' 'Additional Info' 'News and announcements' 'Practical experience' 'Students Menu' 4. all the above are so different like under 'personal details' i have 'update your contact and employment details'; 'administer your a/c and pay fees'; 'exam entry'; 'register for results by email'..... when i click them i get the strangest things 'view your status report' is under 'Practical experience' ............etc etc etc

The strange thing about Dec 2014 session was that we had no communications from ACCA. What I mean is that usually after every exam sitting they send us a survey e-mail asking where we studied, which resources we used, how we found the exams, do we have any other additional comments, etc... This time no such e-mail was sent out. I remember for the June 2014 results, 3 to 2 weeks prior to 8th Aug, there were so many e-mails I was receiving from ACCA about the results soon coming out, what time they will be released, there was even a funny picture of a lady looking up results on her mobile phone and ACCA used to send out such e-mails requesting students to either opt in for results by e-mail or text message. This time not even one single e-mail has been sent out, and the deadline for updating our details is tomorrow. This is strange, isn't it?

@Gabriel i agree their system is all messed up Last session i got the the affiliates' list email by 23rd July, this time i got it on 28th Jan Last session myacca was normal except for loading issues here and there, this session they've messed up mine, wierd that its only me so far, but they have. I click on some items and it takes me to acca e-business site, some items take me to normal acca website but directly to members CPD and AB whatever those are... under 'update contact details' i see something like, "Your name has been included in the passed finalists list. To remove your name from the list, please check the box below and click `save'"....

@kibalka yes very strange. I've not seen an exam sitting like this one. The P2 exam was also so elusive and strange. And the most strange and suprising thing is that our status report never froze on 28th January, does this mean this time we can freely access myACCA until 8th Feb?

@kiblaka the tension is rising now. I'm really panicking about my P2 results, I'm so worried. I studied so hard for that paper but for some reason the exam questions were so elusive, it was as if I never studied and just came to the exam hall. I passed all F papers in one go, I never knew P2 would bring me infamy and disaster. My motivation will be devastated should I not pass P2. I would rather just give up ACCA as a whole then rather than sitting again. That pain is just too massive for me.

not need to worry @Gabriel... that P2 exam was tough for everybody i guess and i dont think everybody will fail... one thing i've realised is that P2 and P6 examiners are very lenient with their marking... just have faith, relax and i hope you make it

@kibalka thanks for your words. Well faith is what I lack. Especially, when I read around here in OT, that most people had to sit two times for P2 :(

Gabriel I understand you so well - for me P2 is a nightmare and I would prefer to write any other P paper 3 times (including the obligatory sitting) than this P2. The only hope is in that lenient marking as kibalka wrote - maybe somehow.. Less than 10 days remaining so backward counting begins...

@seagoat I think I feel the same as you. This P2 examiner, no matter how many times you sit, will always play mind games and I don't want that business anymore. Kaplan said it was a shame that despite the P2 syllabus being so wide, he tested on niche and obscure syllabus areas. We will just hope that question four brings the joy
