I am receiving the above message when I click on Book an exam from my portal. I have an exam tomorrow morning, I read to clear cache or update browser, I have done both of these. I rang ACCA but only got answering machine, they said they are having issues with downloading dockets and exam booking. I don't know what to do!

I'm so stressed! I really hope that it is resolved by the morning! I really don't want to have to take the exam in a few days if it doesn't work tomorrow!
I’ve called them a few times & can’t get through. It’s been like this for over 12hrs. I really do not want to reschedule either!

I got through to someone at ACCA. They said they’re trying to fix the issue.
Unfortunately if not resolved will need to be rescheduled to contingency week next week or June!!!

I’m based in Australia so I’ve been emailing with ACCA in Sydney. They advised me to keep trying and if I still do not gain access by exam time that I will receive an email directly from ACCA about next steps i.e. rescheduling.

I have already obtained the exam docket successfully in two weeks ago, and I need to enter into "Book an Exam" page to start my exam in an hour but it appears "You are not authorised to access page". I don't want to reschedule my exam.
My exam is in 25mins!
Apparently we will have the option to reschedule to next week or June.
Really do not want to reschedule either!

Think time zone differences may impact on response times. Believe it's afternoon in Australia at moment.

Would encourage people to keep trying. Hope it gets fixed.
Just got off the phone to ACCA. They said keep trying for 20mins (as my exam is in 3 minutes) and if I still can’t gain access I will receive an email by end of today to reschedule.
I called my tutor, she said, will get access to CBE platform before like 15 min. But few people have got after 10-15 min.

This happened to me on the7th as well, but i eventually got in way after my schedule time
Given the above responses I would encourage people to keep trying. Of there is a chance you can get access this is surely better than rescheduling.
