did anyone get in eventually, I am from Namibia and I am also getting the same message
This happened to me on the7th as well, but i eventually got in way after my schedule time
Given the above responses I would encourage people to keep trying. Of there is a chance you can get access this is surely better than rescheduling.
I would strongly encourage people to keep trying. Especially given above responses such as Blackrosepanda. If people are able to access exam, they will be doing the exam and therefore unable to respond till exam is over
I feel like I’ve forgotten half of my studies from stressing out over this. I’ve tried reaching ACCA upwards of 20 times to no avail. This is frustrating

Same here. ACCA is failing its students in a big way. Yet again!
I know this won’t be easy for anyone but the best advice I can give people is to keep trying to access exam. If you manage to get through, try to concentrate on answering questions to best of your ability. After exam is over you can always repost here for further advice. Kim Smith will then be able to offer further advice.
nope as in you haven’t gotten access yet?
No still have not gained access. So frustrating! I feel the same way, feel like I have forgotten everything now!
My exam was supposed to start from 11 A.M. Still not able to access. Been trying for the last two hours………
So much for having a clear head before exam. My brain is fried as well… welp, see you all in June I guess

dont give up alreadyyy just keep trying yo. What time is your exam ?
If you cant get in before 15 min past your schedule time, i dont believe they will let you sit.The 7th i got in before the 15 min were up
Arif59, I believe there are contingency exams next week for people that have experienced technical difficulties if you reschedule.

Hi, are contingency exams available for CBE?
Know this must be highly frustrating but I will repeat my advice. In past I have sat an exam where equation sheet was supposed to be given bit was not made available (not an ACCA exam but degree level exam). It was highly frustrating and I am sure lost marks even on questions not directly related to problem as a result of distraction. However, as a result of still trying to do exam to best of my ability, I still passed that exam.
