General ACCAYOU ARE NOT AUTHORISED TO ACCES PAGE - ACCA BOOK AN EXAM

MMelissa4y ago
I am receiving the above message when I click on Book an exam from my portal. I have an exam tomorrow morning, I read to clear cache or update browser, I have done both of these. I rang ACCA but only got answering machine, they said they are having issues with downloading dockets and exam booking. I don't know what to do!

Also working for me now. If you tried before, you need to clear your cache.

Have you tried to access through this link? https://www.accaglobal.com/ca/en/student/exam-entry-and-administration/exam-attendance-docket.html

Yup, still the same "You are not authorised to access page." message

Once the check-in deadline has passed you should be able to see in myACCA what options are available to you - what do you see? Are you offered to withdraw and rebook for a later exam session or if there an option to reschedule?
KimKimTutor4y ago#96
Anyone whose been trying to download a docket for a centre based exam please see link above https://t.me/accaifrs/63248 It can be issued to you at the centre

I don’t see the rebooking option yet, but the ACCA video on rebooking says it can take up to 48 hours option for that option to appear. The video on rebooking is here: https://www.accaglobal.com/gb/en/student/exam-entry-and-administration/about-our-exams/remote-exams/remote-session-exams/on-exam-day/remote-session-exam-withdrawal-videos.html

It does not give me the option to withdraw or rebook

Try to login and open in Incognito mode in your browser.

i am not getting any options for rescheduling what should i do?
KimKimTutor4y ago#102
You will only see options to withdraw/re-enter if you managed to "launch" the exam (please allow 60 minutes after launch for options to appear). If you did not get so far as to launch the exam please contact ACCA Connect https://www.accaglobal.com/gb/en/footer-toolbar/contact-us/opening-hours.html
KimKimTutor4y ago#103
@tbmks - thank you for sharing. Were you able to launch the exam? So you do not see rebooking/withdrawal options in myACCA?
FFarqad4y ago#104
I have received the same, hope they will not schedule it into June
KimKimTutor4y ago#105
@tbmks - thank you I think the message for other is - if you didn't manage to launch the exam - please check your emails for a "ACCA Examinations – March 2022 – Technical Issue Notification"
KimKimTutor4y ago#106
@farqad - if you look at the contingency timetable, only ATX is not catered for next week https://www.accaglobal.com/gb/en/student/exam-entry-and-administration/exam-timetables/remote-session-cbe-timetable.html It is only because the self-serve option to re-enter is "triggered" by having launched the exam that you will not see it if you did not launch the exam. ACCA is therefore having to communicate with students individually.

When I can go to the Exam planner page, the "Launch Exam" button still here even though my check-in time was closed. I don't know what should I do as I received the apologies email from Acca but they do not have any advice. No withdraw or rebook button in the exam planner page at that moment.
KimKimTutor4y ago#108
@Connie3667 - as I have just written in the post immediately above yours - as it seems you did not launch the exam, you need to wait (patiently please) for ACCA to get back to you about rebooking (I'm assuming the email is the same as reported at the bottom of the previous page of posts on this thread).

I tried with incognito mode and worked for me! Unfortunately before exam lunched, a pop up came with application running background. It was asking to shut down the application Dell support assistance but didn't get close. I got a call from VUE and they tried to resolve, since the application was not running, they gave up and told me you can not proceed with your exam. Really Bad Day!!
Ttbm134y ago#110
The rebooking option is available now. Please note that after choosing the date, you're directed back to the ACCA web site to make a payment. On the right you see a credit balance. You have to press on the payment button there. You don't have to pay anything, but if you don't click the button, the exam isn't confirmed!

I'm sitting for the SBR in Hong Kong and got the same issue as you guys did; managed to reach the ACCA HK office and they said due to technical issue that impact globally, and just ask me to wait and retry. If no luck then will get e-mail either reschedule to next week or withdraw from the paper. I'm ready to kick this paper away but ACCA wont allow me :(
HHeywood4y ago#112
Still no luck accessing, seems the only way is reschedule
CConnie4y ago#113
I received the email that Acca offers a reschedule option to rebook or withdraw due to the technical issue. But they also arranged an additional 30GBP to credit our myACCA account.

If you are facing the error (WWC-41415) while logging in MY ACCA portal here's the solution: Send an email about your issue and your reg. no. to the email: [email protected] I did and they updated my account next day and it's working now.
