I am receiving the above message when I click on Book an exam from my portal. I have an exam tomorrow morning, I read to clear cache or update browser, I have done both of these. I rang ACCA but only got answering machine, they said they are having issues with downloading dockets and exam booking. I don't know what to do!

I hope they give us refund like they did last year...
If you cant get in before 15 min past your schedule time, i dont believe they will let you sit.The 7th i got in before the 15 min were up
Arif59, I believe there are contingency exams next week for people that have experienced technical difficulties if you reschedule.

Know this must be highly frustrating but I will repeat my advice. In past I have sat an exam where equation sheet was supposed to be given bit was not made available (not an ACCA exam but degree level exam). It was highly frustrating and I am sure lost marks even on questions not directly related to problem as a result of distraction. However, as a result of still trying to do exam to best of my ability, I still passed that exam.
These were my first examination with ACCA, is this a common occurrence?
I know this won’t be easy for anyone but the best advice I can give people is to keep trying to access exam. If you manage to get through, try to concentrate on answering questions to best of your ability. After exam is over you can always repost here for further advice. Kim Smith will then be able to offer further advice.

No update - just have to wait now for an email from ACCA to reschedule I guess!
ACCA reported technical problems were a rare occurrence with remote invigilation exams.

Those who are mentioning launching their exams, I'm assuming you're sitting for remote exams? So this is not only affecting the downloading of the docket but also starting the actual exam?
yes, if you click on "book an exam" it redirects you to a page that says "You are not authorised to access this page"

No update from my end- can't even access my acca login this morning
Yes, i am assuming, everybody here in the forum is writing there remote exam, and we are dealing with "YOU ARE NOT AUTHORISED TO ACCESS THIS PAGE" issue whenever we are checking the red launch the exam button on the exam planner page or downloading the docket.
Please help out if any information is out, FR exam here in 5 hours. Thank you
