I know this won’t be easy for anyone but the best advice I can give people is to keep trying to access exam. If you manage to get through, try to concentrate on answering questions to best of your ability. After exam is over you can always repost here for further advice. Kim Smith will then be able to offer further advice.
I have exam in 6 hours and people said about clearning cache, done that, still not working, showing the same thing “You are not authorised to access page”

No update – just have to wait now for an email from ACCA to reschedule I guess!
ACCA reported technical problems were a rare occurrence with remote invigilation exams.
Those who are mentioning launching their exams, I’m assuming you’re sitting for remote exams? So this is not only affecting the downloading of the docket but also starting the actual exam?
yes, if you click on “book an exam” it redirects you to a page that says “You are not authorised to access this page”
Sorry I was having a lie-in til 7am and I’ll be in my office in 30 min. I see someone is in Australia but where are the rest of you?

Correct. You access the remote exams via the “Book exam” page, which unfortunately isn’t working for us.
Yes, i am assuming, everybody here in the forum is writing there remote exam, and we are dealing with “YOU ARE NOT AUTHORISED TO ACCESS THIS PAGE” issue whenever we are checking the red launch the exam button on the exam planner page or downloading the docket.
Please help out if any information is out, FR exam here in 5 hours. Thank youDon’t know how much help I provided. Wish everyone luck. Would encourage people to keep trying and focus on exam questions if they manage to get access.
Hong Kong got the same issue, I am unable to access “Book an Exam” page. The customer service told that the exam will allow to book either on the next week Thu or June session. And he said this issue is globally for the remote exam.
Doesn’t seem to help now. I’ve tried with Edge, Chrome, Firefox, and Opera and none of them seem to be working.
