‘what gets measured gets done’ ive read somewhere but totally forgotten!!!! 10 marks i lose freely! damn…
but as a whole it was disaster for me as well!
hoping ive interpreted the requirements correctly….

It means there are incomplete information. And the question wants us to find out what other information is relevant but not in the question.

Q.1 – Performance reporting & EVA, MIRR(i assume its just IRR, and did that) 40 marks
    Q2. – Performance prism 25 marks
    Q3 – Six Sigma 20 marks
    Q4 -Benchmarking 20 marks

Give or take a few marks, the 3 & 4 may have been 17 marks actually – my head is mushy now.
Q5 – single ques, that scared everyone off

For me it was a disaster – but the 4 others I spoke to said the same.

For some reason – nothing flowed for me. It was a strain all the way through to come up with ideas. Which was very off-putting.

Also, due to the examiners recent patronising article relating to students not reading what the question – I kept constantly second guessing myself.

Am I answering the question, or just what I think the question is ??

Cause I failed in Dec with 38% even though I felt I had a good pass, I was also low on confidence, hense the above.

    Im sure I failed !!

I also found the topics and scenarios easy, but the requirements just daunting.

Did anyone else find that there were very few questions, but high marks per question ?? ie. mostly double digit requirements, and the “quicker” requirements were closer to 10 marks that 5.

8 + 5 + 3 making it easier to pick up the easy marks ??

So for me, an 8 marker is 8 points, a 12 marker is 12 points. On the 8 marker I struggled to get 4 points, and on the 12 marker I struggled to get 7 points.

Am I making any sense ?

    my personal comment :
its a beautiful question yet cant deny the question and requirement is hard.
the application of performance prism is not that easy as its still a new model and not many organisation adopting it. on overall i can say its a fair question.

Although, as proven by the Dec exam, it wont make a difference, seeing as this exam was much harder in my opinion.

Maybe P4/P6P7 is more achieveable – seems to be what others are doing.
