yes the issue is resolved
March 10, 2022 at 8:52 am #650751AGAIN – you do NOT need a printed docket if sitting with remote invigilation https://www.accaglobal.com/ca/en/student/exam-entry-and-administration/exam-attendance-docket.html
I can access MyACCA (though didn’t try earlier) and a few of you are now reporting as resolved?
March 10, 2022 at 8:54 am #650753its working for me now! best of luck everyone!
March 10, 2022 at 8:54 am #650754Same still not resolved for me
March 10, 2022 at 8:55 am #650755Also working for me now.
If you tried before, you need to clear your cache.
March 10, 2022 at 8:56 am #650756I’m going for a centre based exam and haven’t and still not able to download my docket, can i go to the exam without one?

Have you tried to access through this link? https://www.accaglobal.com/ca/en/student/exam-entry-and-administration/exam-attendance-docket.html
March 10, 2022 at 9:01 am #650758Yup, still the same “You are not authorised to access page.” message

Once the check-in deadline has passed you should be able to see in myACCA what options are available to you – what do you see? Are you offered to withdraw and rebook for a later exam session or if there an option to reschedule?
March 10, 2022 at 9:07 am #650762Anyone whose been trying to download a docket for a centre based exam please see link above https://t.me/accaifrs/63248
It can be issued to you at the centre
March 10, 2022 at 9:13 am #650763I don’t see the rebooking option yet, but the ACCA video on rebooking says it can take up to 48 hours option for that option to appear.
The video on rebooking is here:

It does not give me the option to withdraw or rebook

I believe I still have an hour to go on my scheduled exam time. I’ll report back as soon as the options are available.
Good luck to everyone who’s able to sit their exam today

March 10, 2022 at 10:23 am #650797i am not getting any options for rescheduling
what should i do?March 10, 2022 at 10:47 am #650821You will only see options to withdraw/re-enter if you managed to “launch” the exam (please allow 60 minutes after launch for options to appear).
If you did not get so far as to launch the exam please contact ACCA Connect https://www.accaglobal.com/gb/en/footer-toolbar/contact-us/opening-hours.html
March 10, 2022 at 11:18 am #650824I received an email:
ACCA Examinations – March 2022 – Technical Issue Notification
We would like to apologise for the system issues you experienced trying to sit your remotely invigilated exam earlier today.
We will be in touch with your next step, including details on how you can rebook your exams.
Thank you for your patience.
Yours faithfully,
ACCA
March 10, 2022 at 11:25 am #650826@tbmks – thank you for sharing. Were you able to launch the exam? So you do not see rebooking/withdrawal options in myACCA?

Nope, unfortunately I couldn’t get in on time. Waiting for the follow-up email to reschedule for next week hopefully.
March 10, 2022 at 11:42 am #650829I have received the same, hope they will not schedule it into June
March 10, 2022 at 11:55 am #650833@tbmks – thank you
I think the message for other is – if you didn’t manage to launch the exam – please check your emails for a “ACCA Examinations – March 2022 – Technical Issue Notification”
March 10, 2022 at 11:59 am #650834@farqad – if you look at the contingency timetable, only ATX is not catered for next week https://www.accaglobal.com/gb/en/student/exam-entry-and-administration/exam-timetables/remote-session-cbe-timetable.html
It is only because the self-serve option to re-enter is “triggered” by having launched the exam that you will not see it if you did not launch the exam. ACCA is therefore having to communicate with students individually.
March 10, 2022 at 12:04 pm #650836When I can go to the Exam planner page, the “Launch Exam” button still here even though my check-in time was closed.
I don’t know what should I do as I received the apologies email from Acca but they do not have any advice.
No withdraw or rebook button in the exam planner page at that moment.March 10, 2022 at 12:13 pm #650842@Connie3667 – as I have just written in the post immediately above yours – as it seems you did not launch the exam, you need to wait (patiently please) for ACCA to get back to you about rebooking (I’m assuming the email is the same as reported at the bottom of the previous page of posts on this thread).
