But is this fair that they are wasting our time without any evidence of dishonesty and how much time they will take more to solve this?

It cannot be "without any evidence" that this investigation is ongoing and an individual student doesn't have to be dishonest to be in breach of exam regulations. Have you received any communication since end of January notification?

Hello, I'm facing the same issue. Instead of PM(F5) results, I got the irregularities-breach email. Can you guys please let me know what happened with your cases? Or if your investigation is still in the progress? Also, what is the best course of action in this situation? Please help a fellow ACCA student by sharing your stories.

Hello sir, I have opted for F3 exam at the end of this month and I called ACCA to confirm if I could sit for the exam. The executive responded that I can sit for the exams and I should continue my studies. Also, I have the option to book my exams still on my ACCA. Should I prepare for F3 or not? Thank you

@neetoreet - only you can decide. Presumably you have some idea whether or not you could have been engaged in "misconduct" - whether knowingly or unintentionally. If not and you have been given leave to continue you at least have than option.

If you look at earlier posts on this thread it will continue for sometime - and ACCA has now published this article which suggests “a year or more” https://www.accaglobal.com/gb/en/student/sa/features/exam-blunders.html Unfortunately - and especially since the huge increase in caseload arising in a remote invigilation setting - there is no means to fast-track the process. Although you will see from other posts on this thread that an individual student may be permitted to continue with their exams notwithstanding an ongoing investigation.

I had appeared for my SBR exam in March 2022, I had to rebook the same due to technical difficulties. i have not received my result yet. The ACCA has sent me a standard reply that we will get back to you in 2 days. Has anyone else faced a similar situation? If yes, please let me know the procedure you followed. I am really worried as to what my result is, as I want to plan for the further course of exams.

@[email protected] - you have posted to a thread which is about non-issue of exam results due to alleged misconduct during exams more than a year ago. There were a few instances of ACCA unable to issue results 3 exam sessions ago https://opentuition.com/topic/unable-to-issue-results - but nothing reported more recently. Although there are extensive checks in the week before the release of results to ensure they are completely and accurately reported there can be exceptions (I remember only one in the 7 years that I was examiner) - you can only wait for ACCA to get back to you and advise.
