December 6, 2020 at 7:03 pm #597927i have my exam in 10 hours and the site is down.anyone knows what can i do?
December 6, 2020 at 7:28 pm #597930Further to Lauren’s post on another thread – please find the e-mail that confirms your exam booking – you should find a link to where you can download your exam docket.
December 6, 2020 at 7:36 pm #597932Yeah but there is a lot of students who are sitting online version of exam, without myACCA it will not be possible to launch exam.
p.s I have same problem
December 6, 2020 at 7:36 pm #597934i am having my exams remotely. idonts have that issue with the docket.i cant log in to have my exam at all
December 6, 2020 at 8:12 pm #597935Hi all,
***UPDATE – issue just got resolved for me after re-trying to log in. Hope it won’t happen on exam day & hope it’s resolved for those affected too.
Confiming having the same / similar issue here and exact same error when attempting to send message in ACCA for help.

Sorry, we couldn’t load your informationHave attempted but none worked:
1) Clear Cache
2) log in via different browser
3) Checked timezone, VPN
4) Log in using a different device
5) Log in via phoneWill be doing session CBE in days – where I believe exam docket is not required, but rather logging into myACCA to launch exam is a must? (appreciate confirmation on this)
Thank you
December 6, 2020 at 8:27 pm #597936I am also taking the exam remotely and have been provided with a potential solution. If I open the email “ACCA Education: Preparing for ACCA Remote Invigilation Exams” and click on the “system checks” link, it allows me to get to the launch exam link through there. The link is not yet live so won’t know for sure it works intil the morning, but it looks promising.
December 6, 2020 at 8:32 pm #597937Managed to login to MYACCA portal. Think its fixed
All the best !
December 7, 2020 at 7:25 am #597952Yes it was fixed last night – thank you for confirming the problem was resolved!
December 7, 2020 at 10:03 am #598001I have the same issue.
December 7, 2020 at 10:16 am #598006Ive missed my exam now. Absolutely ridiculous
December 7, 2020 at 10:22 am #598008me too…I can’t even get through to the the technical support team!
December 7, 2020 at 10:27 am #598010the same here ;( question what happens next? new exam date will be set?
December 7, 2020 at 10:34 am #598012This is insane – I cant access CBE practice portal or my account. Support line is simply switched off. Surely they were expecting this level of traffic this week?!
December 7, 2020 at 10:35 am #598013Hi, I could not launch my exam this morning. ACCA website crashed and I tried to contact them via form online with no success… Also tried to contact via phone and I succeed after some tries but even the attendant could not cancel my exam because her system was down… She said I should wait to try cancel later via My ACCA or call to office again and book my exam to next week or Mar/2021.
Anyone else with the same dissapointing issue? 🙁
December 7, 2020 at 10:45 am #598016Im not sure what exams you were preparring for. If it was an F level you may be able to rearrange for next week. I was preparing for AAA and got through to the helpline and was advised that i wont be able to reschedule until next March if i have missed my exam.
December 7, 2020 at 10:46 am #598017Yes exact same issue here and response regarding rebooking. Absolutely unacceptable
December 7, 2020 at 10:47 am #598018I know about 5 people having the same issue. It’s making everyone so anxious. Their exam is literally now and they can’t log in. There is absolutely no official communication about the situation to calm students down. It’s quite sad really. After us making all the plans and taking leaves from work and running all the checks.
December 7, 2020 at 10:48 am #598019This is what I was thinking.
However, It’s their fault and it’s very frustraiting.ACCA need to maintain their image and currently they’ve ruined it with being so unprofessional towards the students.
December 7, 2020 at 10:54 am #598021also for AAA, thanks for sharing this info!
December 7, 2020 at 10:55 am #598022I just could send the request to re book for next week via form online but not sure if will be possible as previously the ACCA inform that only few exams would be possible to re schedule … so, looks like we will only be able to do it again in Mar/21. I will wait and see… frustating …. dissapointed …
December 7, 2020 at 10:55 am #598023I’ve had connectivity issues at the start of my exam at 9:00 am London time. I was in touch with the invigilator through the chat, then my screen was black for several minutes and nothing happened! I had to reschedule my exam to next Monday at 04:45 am!!!!
I’m very frustrated and stressed.December 7, 2020 at 11:00 am #598024Which level of papers did they allow you to reschedule?
