It would be unusual for the liquidator to do their job and not receive payment but the fixed charge holders would be unwilling to release their title to the charged property
I think that, in practice, the liquidator will agree with the fixed charge holders that, if they will release the title documents to the liquidator, the liquidator will see that those charge holders are ‘aid from the proceeds of sake of that charged property
