Regarding graduation ceremony in Malaysia this year, I have submitted my filled up registration form on 10th June 2019, but still didnt receive any confirmation letter regarding this. Anyone facing same issue?

Dear student
The pass letter, Award confirmation letter and transcripts were posted to successful period 37 students in May. However, it can take several weeks to arrive, depending upon the postal service where you live.
If you do not receive the above documents by late July, then please email us again in the week commencing 22 July 2019 and we will then arrange for your documents to be resent.
Meanwhile, if you urgently require another copy of your documents, then you would need to order them from our online shop.
I asked from them tracking Id number so I can check from my local office but Instead I got this email to tell me to wait further …

I am emailing you regarding my Degree & Transcript as i passed my OBU Research in Period 37 but i didn’t received my documents until now as in email it was mentioned that it take 3 to 4 weeks but unfortunately i didn’t yet.
Kindly please tell me about my documents that from where it is pending or confirm my address that on which address my documents are dispatched as my address at my OBU login was different & On Address Form which i filled before my result was different.
If it is possible give me my documents tracking Id so that i can also trace my documents.

The address used was this one:28-M Riphah International University Lahore Campus Finance Department 28-M, Quaid e Azam, Industrial Estate,Kot Lakhpath, Lahore Pakistan +923349953574.
We sent by standard airmail so there is no tracking number. If they do not arrive by 31 July, or in the meantime are returned to us, we will resend.

Is the person permitted to have a look at the piece of work of others, in case he/she gets failed in the SLS/RR, for getting an idea of his/her own work to establish that where he/she perpetrated a mistake or to build comparison of his/her own work with the work of others?
