Paper was very tough and different from the past exam themes.
Partnership, Property income and adjusting losses were the theme.

Yeh so different from the past papers! No income tax computation 🙁 questions were in a weird order. New poll on who thought the paper was fair?

awful.. Q3 and 4 were the worst in my opinion. and Q2 was strange too!
i guess the examiner was drunk while writing the paper..
wth! this paper was so different!! :Sq3 and q4 were the toughest..
q1 and q2 were very lengthy.. and 3-4 were allocated to the questions that required a detailed working!- Topics: 5

what the hell was paper today? it was lengthy and too tough even i did 80% revision kit and still find difficult paper, what the examiner thought?

what the hell, there was VAT pratically in most questions….
the papaer had abt 40% theory….wth!….hoping for a 50% and i hoped a 90 before i sat… it wud be a shame if i got less than 50

I’m glad that it seems I’m not the only person that found it dificult. I did the whole of the exam kit, and was aiming for 70+ based on passed papers. Properly nasty paper, I’ll be happy with a pass, but wanted high marks for the degree offered. Nefarious examiner, probably reacting to the state of GCSEs.

It is probably mixture of 15% and 17.5%
When I opened the paper I had to check the cover 3 times to see if it actually said P6 Advanced Taxation…
This paper is so different from the past papers!!
Questions 2 and 4 were the toughest.
Before I sat for the exam, I was targeting at least 70 % coz I did most of the questions in the exam kit!!
but now, I’m only hoping to get a 50%.
It was so awful that I wanna cry:(
All the hard work i did was in vain.yes it was a very challenging paper – question 1 was ok but very lengthly. questions 2 ok but i bit tougher, 3 for me was the worst and then 4 and 5 were not much easier. overall a tough paper and not really what i was expecting. im glad there were alot of VAT questions as i deal with this in my day to day work – im hoping these marks will enable me a pass along with questions 1 and 2.
i went through paper at the end and think i have scraped a pass but it could go either way.
