General ACCAEthics Module - Access issue - IS FIXED

Hi, I have issue issue with Ethics module since Thursday and can't complete the module on myACCA account. When I launch the module and open unit I want to do it just keeps loading. I tried on two different devices but havimg same issue. I sent email to ACCA and they said it's due to result being uploaded and should be back to normal on Monday but it's still not working on Mon eve. Anyone had this issue? Can you please share your experience how you sorted out? Thanks a million

Being fully honest myacca site is a nightmare. I had a lot of issues that i couldnt login. Site design horrendous. You CAN'T find anything easily there. You find article that link you to direct site, when you open it it's myacca landing page and then you spend a lot of time looking where designer placed the button you're looking for. So well, I would trust them, they will fix it at some point. And really, ACCA website is the worst designed sites I have ever seen.

@bilalm0033 - I can access the module but you are quite right - the units are not loading within it. I will see if I can expedite a solution but in the meantime you might go back to ACCA yourself and advise that the units are not loading. And by the way, we do have a separate forum for EPSM https://opentuition.com/forum/ask-acca-tutor-forums/acca-ethics-and-professional-skills-module

Thanks a million Kim. I got reply from ACCA today saying it should start working from today but still not loading. I cleared my browser cache, cookies etc as they suggested, used different device but still same issue. Hopefully they will sort out soon.

I too have sent another/different message - it cannot be a cookies/cache issue if it is affecting multiple users. Thank you for keeping me posted.

Sorry - the units seems not to be loading still today. Seems there is nothing to be done but wait. Someone has suggested that if you tweet the issue it might get someone else looking into it https://twitter.com/ACCA_UK

I did send a tweet just few minutes ago. Hopefully someone will look at this. Thanks for that. It's so annoying ACCA keeps sending me same general email to clear cookies, caches and asking for more details. I have already sent screenshots and details 3 times and today again they sent me same email. I don't know why they don't flag the issue to IT team if several studenta are having the issue. I was in the middle of completing EPSM and wanted to apply for membership after receiving result on Monday but can't continue Ethics module since last Thu. :(

There appears to be a "fix" for this now - when you click on a unit - say Unit 4 - it goes to a page which shows a backward arrow to "Launch Unit 3" on the left and an arrow to the right "Launch Unit 5" but above "Launch Unit 3" on the left there is now a red box "ENTER" - if you click on that it opens Unit 4. I hope that helps!

Sorry, but its not fixed. Am I blind, or i dont have such arrows? Its annoying we are paying such good money and its not working 3 days in a row.

Hi am unable to access EPSM module. The site isn't getting loaded at all. Can anyone help me how to fix this?

@anusha1995 - it is working fine for me. If you are using Chrome browser, I suggest you contact ACCA directly https://forms.accaglobal.com/contact-us and select EPSM as the topic so your query goes to the right department. If you are not using Chrome, you should try that first.
