ACCA exam dates and deadlines
ACCA runs session exams in March, June, September and December. Entry for December 2026 opened on 4 August and closes with late entry on 9 November. When we checked on 13 October 2026, ACCA had not yet published March 2027 dates on its important-dates calendar.

Remember: the standard-entry date (2 November for December) is also ACCA’s deadline to amend or cancel an existing session entry and to request additional support. A cancellation made by then is credited to your myACCA account; after it, ACCA does not permit changes or cancellations except in the limited cases set out in its exam entry terms. Standard entry also carries ACCA’s lowest exam fee.

ACCA exam results dates 2026
September 2026 session results are released on Monday 19 October 2026. December 2026 session results follow on Monday 18 January 2027.
How to check your ACCA exam results
- Log in to myACCA.
- Open Exam Status and Results.
- Select View your status report.
ACCA also offers results by text message. You must opt in through myACCA at least seven days before results are released; once enabled, ACCA says the preference carries forward to future sessions.
Unhappy with a result? An administrative review checks whether ACCA followed its results procedures; it is not a re-marking service. Reviews are available for session-based exams, not on-demand CBEs. The request deadlines are 28 October 2026 for September results and 27 January 2027 for December results. Read the ACCA administrative review guide before deciding whether to pay the fee.

Start times, dockets and post-exam deadlines
The public timetable gives the exam day. Your start time, centre address, desk and entered exams are confirmed in your Exam Planner and attendance docket, normally available approximately three weeks after standard entry closes.

Do not wait for results day if something went wrong. For December 2026, centre complaints and mitigating-circumstances notifications both close on Tuesday 15 December, four days after the last exam.
Which calendar?
Session exams vs on-demand CBEs
The timetable above applies to session exams. Applied Knowledge exams—BT, MA and FA—and eligible LW variants are normally on-demand CBEs booked through an approved exam partner, so they do not have one universal exam date.
March and September offer limited variants. ACCA makes all Applied Skills and Strategic Professional variants available in June and December, apart from LW variants delivered on demand.

When is the next ACCA exam session?
The next ACCA exam session is 7–11 December 2026. The session after that is March 2027, 1–5 March 2027.
When is ACCA results day?
September 2026 results are released on 19 October 2026; December 2026 results on 18 January 2027.
What time does my exam start?
Times vary by location. Use your Exam Planner and attendance docket.
Can I enter after standard entry?
Yes, until late entry closes, at a higher fee. For December 2026, standard entry closes on 2 November and late entry on 9 November.
Can I cancel or change my exam entry?
Yes, in myACCA until the standard entry deadline (2 November for December 2026), with the fee credited to your account. After that, ACCA allows cancellation only in the limited cases in its exam entry terms.
Are BT, MA and FA in the five-day timetable?
No. They are normally on-demand CBEs booked separately with an approved partner.
What changes in 2027?
ACCA’s timeline makes June 2027 the final sitting of the current Applied Skills and Strategic Professional exams. The new Foundations and Knowledge exams are available on demand from July 2027, and the first Expertise and Strategic Professional exam session is in September 2027, with results in October 2027.
