General ACCA*** Countdown September 2020 Results ***

I am a finalist as well and haven’t received the email. Really disappointed and disheartened. I have no idea what to think, I will wait for Monday but if the results of these emails are true, than I guess I might never appear in a paper ever again. Really bad governance on their side.

lol.. Plot twist; those who didn't receive the email have passed and those who did failed their exams..

I am waiting for the results and no email yet.

@tasbihak I'm also very annoyed with this. I mean it's horrible to get your results at midnight by text but at least they are 100% confirmed and final, not like this email stuff. If I got that email and then was told I failed on Monday I'd be completely furious!

I don't think it is a mistake. Otherwise everyone would have got the email.

@mvishakh what time did you receive the email?

I assume the students name should appear after the word 'Dear' in the email. Maybe anyone who knows an affiliate would be able to confirm that. I do not see any name in the email after the word 'Dear'. Probably they accidentally did their testing on the live server :)

Just clinging to the hope they've been sent in batches and were stopped before they got to me. I can't have been far off 50 if I have failed though.

@frafiq81 Yes, there's a few of us in here. Obviously not a representative amount given people who have received the email will be coming here to find out why.

My work colleague hasn't received the email and it was his last exam too.

@ddmoo thanks for confirming. There are few tweets about it on twitter too. someone mentioned they have received the email even though they are 95% sure they will fail. But maybe they are being negative because i passed ATX when i was 99.9% sure i will fail

Anyone here received an email from Acca saying congratulations you’re a finalist now even though the results will be announced on Monday?!

This is a horrible way to find out you've likely failed, even Kim has deserted us now.
