Can you please give formulas to calculate 1fair value. 2. NRV. (Is it same as market value?) 3.carrying amount. 4 revaluation surplus

There are no formulae!
Fair value is explained in the free F7 course notes
The other three are explained in the F3 course notes / videos
These are a bit basic coming just days before the exam! What has suddenly caused you ask these questions?
