What is everyone's thought on the MCQ question regarding life cycle costing? I have never heard of the word "attrition" in my life.
i chose to have it in a seperate system as the salaries should not be seen by the senior , what do you think ?
same here
Anyone know how to calculate the shadow prices. I kinda just chose anything there
Yeah but I felt like a messed up a bit with the 61% the other part of the question was about the expected values of the contract. I am just praying I passed.

Churn or attrition rate is closely related to the concept of average customer life time. For example, an annual churn rate of 25 percent implies an average customer life of four years. source- Wikipedia
Just checked on google and saw that attrition is also called churn rate and it's 25% for 4 years. For the life cycle question
So this makes the first sentence correct? An f5 genius response will be appreciated :p
On section B which manager was responsible for monthly sales mix review?
As i remember senior manager was preparing advertisment cost and sales target for next year. Sales managers were responsible to implement the targets.
yes I got that
Yes
did the same
I chose option A for EV as it was nutral nd high EV is preffered.
we were not provde with actual mix but i vhose 120A.
I chose juniores.
cost per batch 183.
cost per processing 0.04 if i remember
Relavant cost 75
HR manager, IT door locked
environmental alll I chose.
life cycle, cost reduces if prouct lifr is shortened.
ABC is not decision mknig tool n relevant costing,
any one withbMTQ of variance?
I chose the lost contribution as well as its an opportunity cost which made it 75
We all have varying answers and it worries me haha, I guess we'll just have to see

I did 2667 units of Z
Number 10 Mcq on target costing states which one was not a feature of target costing. so i put in Competitor action on price.
For ABC costing i got $3 cost per head for each cost driver
Anyone remember about that 9000 unit foxed cost mcqs i got $41000
and for security control i choose put a barrier on level of access as they stated manager have given the passwords for updating some information. so if a manager gives u access to his ID for some work he.she would not want you to have access to salaries part so a barrier should be made on the level of information
Right I have done the same for cost per production unit for each driver is $3
(4.25*9000)+1000 fixed cost rise+1750 fixed from high low method=$41000
Relevant cost of Q is (30+20) labor and V.O.H + 15 contribution lost of diversity =$65
Question 31 A) $972000 incremental budget
For relevant costing i got $50 and it looks like i have choose the wrong option.
what have you choose for the Target costing #10 Mcqs?
Don't know exact about incremental budgeting answers. but i did some addition in the first 2 notes and on number 3 note i did cut the cost of 1 labour as it says now it has 15 labour force which was 16 in 2006.
Relevant Cost is $75
Labour and Machine 20+30 = $50
Lost Contribution (15+10) = $25
Usage Mix Variance is $120A
Act mix cost $1560
Std mix for act
3/5*120 = 72 * 10 $720
2/5* 120 = 48 * 15 $720 $1440
Act mix cost $1560
Std mix for act
3/5*120 = 72 * 10 $720
2/5* 120 = 48 * 15 $720 $1440
$120A
There is a step up FC, easy to use equation method.
@5000u: 23000 = 5000*VC + FC
@7000u: 31500 = 7000*VC + FC+500
VC = $4/u
FC = $3000
therefore @9000u: 9000*4 + (3000+500+500) = $40000.
can anyone tell me answer to Expected value Mcq No 1. i did D for it decision cant be made
Optimum point lies in Demand for x (x = 1000) and Labour.
New optimum will be x = 1000 and y = 1800.02
I forgot the objective function, i think the shadow price is $1.06 or $1.6 something like that.
C=5x+8y
Section B: 2667 units of Z
Section A: Lifecycle Costs: Neither 1 or 2
Section B: First MCQ on Sales Mix: Neither 1 or 2
