Please can you explain why that quasi partnership company was liquidated, I don’t understand what you meant by saying that if it is unequitable then dissolve… Thank you for the amazing lectures!
Although the Ebrahimi partnership was technically a company, the practicality of the situation was that it was a partnership and, that being so, all partners in a partnership are entitled to take part in the management of the firm.
Nazar and his nephew were seeking to prevent Ebrahimi from taking part and that was deemed to be unfair.
Well, even though it may well be the case (judging by your name) that you’re not a subscriber to the same religious section to which I belong, this comment of yours is like a well-received Christmas present on this, a special day for the Christianity religion 馃檪
I am so pleased that you are enjoying the law – I’ve always believed that the subject has suffered from bad PR – like skunks and sharks!
Hi Loving these lecturers. You are a fantastic lecturer and make studying law actually a bit of fun!
One question – at 5.10 in this video you refer to a previous lecture where you identified the differences between being a partnership and a company using the mnemonic LEARN FAST RATS. Can you let me know which lecturer video this is in. I’ve been watching them all so far but cannot remember this mnemonic.

What to do? Dissolve!
OK?
What an interesting lecture, very interesting. I particularly love how you broke down “lifting the veil” with the marriage example.
Thank you Mike, this is priceless!!
