@naveed88, It’s been omitted from the lectures in order that you will gain a sense of self-esteem by studying one or two areas for yourself!
Check out the employment law questions from the last 10 exams and you’ll realise that there isn’t a huge variety of employment law questions that David Kelly can ask.
Then read the 10 questions, and the answers. then read them again. And then again.
By now you should have accumulated enough knowledge to have a realistic chance of answering the employment law question in the December exam.
does the syllabus of F4 eng is same as F4 global.?Can i use this lecture for studying F4 Glob.?i m studying at home.
@darockstar, They are about 50% – 60% the same – check out a recent past exam for both variants and compare the two. Forget contract law and learn about the International Conventions
I am a bit confused here.what is the difference between the f4 eng and the f4 global? can I study both together/
@jstarkpah1847, You can check out the differences for yourself – either look at and compare the two syllabuses from the ACCA website or download a recent exam from both variants and compare them, question for question
Do I really need to get a revision kit for the 2012 exam? or can i pass using the study text, these lectures and past papers?
I am studying on my own and any input would be much appreciated

@latoyah84, I’m doing f4 on my own too this December. I’m only using past papers and the study videos. hope you are encouraged.
@latoyah84, Substantially all the questions in a revision kit are past exam questions. These you can download from the ACCA website so, no, you don’t need a revision kit, but you must have available for practice those past exam questions
@MikeLittle, Thank you. I have been told that the pass papers are outdated so it wont help. i am sitting F4 and F5 Dec.

@latoyah, Who on Earth has told you that past exam questions are outdated? It’s not like the F6 tax exam which changes every year! Most ( a substantial proportion ) of the past exam questions are still relevant. Where do you think BPP and Kaplan get their questions from for their exam kits?

went ahead and got the revision kit as well. writing is not my favorite thing to do so i need all the help i can get.
@latoyah, are you practicing all past exam questions by writing or just by reading and understanding it only ? or doing some questions by writing and skipping some questions?

Hi, I had really wanted to do teh English variant as there are generally more resources available (I am a self study student) but in my country they do not stock the English variant, is this a disadvantage? Thanks for your answer
@rachealstone, well, if you feel that you need study material for the English variant, and if there are no resources in your country covering the English variant, the, yes, I can see that that would be a disadvantage.
Could a local book shop not order material for you? Or could you not contact BPP or Kaplan ( whichever is your preference ) and order the material for yourself?
In fact, you say in your post that there are generally more resources available for the English variant! But in your country they do not stock material for the English variant. So, I must ask, is there ANY material in your country for any other variant?
