do the parties mentioned in the UNCITRAL Arbitration mean the parties under UNCITRAL or ICA. Is UNCITRAL Arbitration a separate body or does it mean that they solve all disputes through ICA

F4 global is fine for you UNLESS you have any ambition to move to the UK or Ireland in the future and obtain a practising certificate allowing you to operate in your own name as an auditor / accountant in the UK or Ireland

If that move lies within your thinking, then it’s F4 English for you

      OK?

F4 global variant notes are good for you, certainly

Or do you mean “Is it better for me to take F4 global rather than F4 English?”

If that’s your question, then here’s the answer:

F4 global is fine for you UNLESS you have any ambition to move to the UK or Ireland in the future and obtain a practising certificate allowing you to operate in your own name as an auditor / accountant in the UK or Ireland

If you DO have that ambition then you would need to pass F4 English (and F6 English, P2 and P7 UK variants)

      OK?

And a happy birthday 2 days ago!
