A SPLOCI is the same no matter what year it is. The conceptual framework has not changed. Yes the syllabus might have changed (mainly only to include employability skills; using spreadsheets, word processors etc)

Both Kaplan and BPP are good in their own way. KAPLAN explains the concepts in an easy manner and BPP has more practice questions. I personally prefer BPP kit for FR.
