hello sir, i wanted to ask that in the sequence of distribution are fixed charge holders paid first or 2nd to liquidator’s.
I believe that in the lecture I place them first equal with the liquidator
It would be unusual for the liquidator to do their job and not receive payment but the fixed charge holders would be unwilling to release their title to the charged property
I think that, in practice, the liquidator will agree with the fixed charge holders that, if they will release the title documents to the liquidator, the liquidator will see that those charge holders are ‘aid from the proceeds of sake of that charged property

Hi, the lecture didn’t cover 2 topics which are mentioned in the notes.
1- Sequence of distribution of assets in a liquidation.
2- The ‘Prescribed Part”
Any reason for that ?
