Why are the lecture notes cut off at the end?

On page 144 the notes suddenly end. Just before the end there is a section saying “there are also various type of strategic pricing, described below” but it isn’t. Question 4 out of the 5 in the practice questions is about this topic but it is missing from the notes. The notes are also missing the usual link to the practice questions at the end of the chapter. I have checked the notes for next year and it is the exact same so might be a recurrent problem.
