Hello sir, is standard costing the same as flexed budget?

No!
Standard costing is deciding on the budgeted cost per unit.
A flexed budget is rewriting the original budget for the actual level of activity (using the standard costs).
This is all covered in my free lectures. The lectures are a complete free course for Paper FA and cover everything needed to be able to pass the exam well.
