Sir, I had my AFM exam . But due to technical issue I couldn’t complete it . I mailed ACCA regarding this . I want to rebook my exam for next week . But I didn’t get a response till now and student helpline number is not connecting. Please guide me how to reach them for quick response. As i am planning to rebooking the exam for next week .
If you’re talking about a remote exam, to rebook is “self-service” – you shouldn’t have to contact ACCA – https://www.accaglobal.com/my/en/student/exam-entry-and-administration/about-our-exams/remote-exams/remote-session-exams/post-exam-options.html
I don’t think the helpline is a 24/7 service – you should try calling during office hours tomorrow – there’s no need to panic – AFM isn’t until Friday.
