Calculating change in payables if supplier is offering a discount for a tigher credit policy (30 days from 90 days).
Is cost of discount factored in when calculating the new payables figure?

5y ago#1As I state in my free lectures on this, the examiner has been inconsistent in his answers. Sometimes he factors it in and sometimes he does not, but he has said that he accepts either.
