As I understand, qualitative measurement (non-financial measures) is highly subjective. So what is solution to eliminate and avoid its bias?
whether using a matrix which include multiple measures will help to exclude bias and return to core assessment?
How do you think sir?

Subjectivity in qualitative measurement
10y ago#1Yes, multiple measureds are likely to be better than a single measure. Think of how people measure employee performance for appraisals. There's little point in just a single number from 1 (excellent) to 5 (poor). This gives no insight into how the scores were determined.
Most systems will score people across a number of qualities such as:
Technical ability
Punctuality
Ability to get on with clients
Ability to get on with colleagues
Organisational ability
Leadership ability
etc.
Each might still be subjective, but it is easier to understand and challenge each dimension.
