Kaplan is more elaborate and BPP focuses more on defining the key concepts in a more specific fashion. So if you want to dig a little deeper and understand everything broadly, Kaplan is the best. But since I have both, I personally feel like BPP is easily organized for the exams.

I Have an inquiry, in the open tuition study text , it states that External stakeholders are those entirely outside the organisation, which is welll agreed, but the element of saying ” no contractual agreement”, is questionable, seeing as though , Suppliers,Shareholders are external but have standing conractual agreements with the organisation. Please clarify or correct this aspect of text.Would love to hear from you
    Regards
