Has a question ever came up where you would have had to apply the 4 phases of strategic drift? If so, can someone refer me to this question please? I know its not a framework but instead how it has caused a strategy to fail.

Strategic drift is only happen when business fails to coping with the changing business world and environment. It is a short telling but can be tested in wider dimension since it is just an strategic idea to address why businesses fails.
There must be question in practice kit but you have to identify the drift separately from the case scenario.
Phase 1, Incremental change is inevitable to being competent within environment so do businesses pursue.
Phase 2, kaplan question cover this.
Phase 3, there is a question in kaplan that covered flux phase.
Phase 4, I got a question that relates to demise stage but reflects double perceptions.
