General ACCASEPTEMBER 2019 ACCA Results Countdown

AAbdullahi6y ago
Hello and welcome Ladies and Gentlemen We are less than two weeks away from the results day. The very best of luck if you are finalist! hopefully this will be your last participation on results countdown. I did AAA and I feel I messed it beyond hope due to poor time management. I spent over an hour on question part one alone which was only 19 marks and as a result I left 17 marks unattempted at the end. share your thoughts

Did you guys receive any email from tuition providers yet about Dec,19 sitting without Learn signal?
Aacca33366y ago#189
No, not yet. Generally this sitting has been quite as far as emails from ACCA and providers. They didn't even send the usual email "opt to receive the results by SMS" lol

Hello, i gave APM and I can feel your pain about the subject. It is really a tricky subject.it is my first attempt.time management is crucial.
Dd6y ago#199
I revised the subject atleast 5 times. did the questions thrice. All the questions. Hopefully this will bear some fruit. I think it is the toughest exam.

@naz2 said: when I ask other to change from APM to AAA they say it is difficult even more.

yes AFM is interesting subject

@naz2 said: No have not tried, not sure what kind of subject is it, can I do self study? as I dont have funds for college. if you can help with tips please?
you can definitely self study. Opentution has wonderful teacher. He is really the best. You just need to practice the questions and listen to the lectures. And follow a ALP book. I followed all this and passed in first attempt. It is a practical paper, theory is relatively less. The questions are lengthy and so time management is crucial.

Hey Naz. Sorry to hear you had so many attempts in APM. It's an amazing subject and not as boring as the other ones. I also struggled big time with it, past it from my 3rd attempt. Thanks to Accountancy School in Dublin, the lecturer Michael Barry is just outstanding, he will pull you through the pain and polish your knowledge, so you'll pass APM no bother after his classes. Give it a try.

Hi Are you from UK, as I think ACCA has different database for UK student and it isn't updated until late Saturday or sunday
Former userFormer user6y ago#209
well, I read this below in accaglobal website is regards to their database for non- uk student: If you are an overseas member or student, your information may be accessed by ACCA's national office in your country and records may be maintained locally (subject to local legislation).
Former userFormer user6y ago#210
that's why I just wanted to check "IS ANYONE FROM UK SEEN AFFILIATE IN THEIR E BUSINESS?"
