    So in theory, it is quite similar to Debt except that it might be cheaper when compared to debt and also debt raised in all cases shows up in the SOFP while leases may or may not show in SOFP depending on its type.

    what i like about Chris is sometimes he'll give you a very confusing pit of information and then tell you it won come up in the exam, which will alleviate your exam fear.
