This question asks about financial and non financial factors which will affect decision, can we do this part of question using suitability, Feasibility and Acceptability model.
Moreover sir I have one confusion. if examiner ask in professional skills marks to evaluate or critically evaluate something, does that mean the same?

5y ago#1You could use that framework.....provided you take into account both financial and non-financial matters as appropriate.
'Evaluate' means looking for pros and cons supported with arguments and evidence. 'Critically evaluate' means placing most emphasis on criticism. If you look at the ACCA answer you will see that although it says at the start that the report is generally well-constructed all the following points are describing shortcomings or improvements needed.
criticism means we have to elaborate cons mostly.
