question for MA-Chapter 7 apportion of costs

Good day!
i am now at chapter 7 of MA ACCA, page 38 example 4: i have understood how things work here but help me on this: apportion factory rent for canteen. i did 5000/80.000*20000= 2000 instead the solution shows 1250. why ? i noticed and further that we have deviation in some fields. what s the purpose for that answer? Many thanks!!!
