General ACCAPreparing to RESIT SP exams in September 2022

OK ... as you prepared for the exams and were surprised at the marks, I am going to assume you have the knowledge necessary to pass these exams - and what we need to do is work on your exam skills. To answer your first question - with SBL on the Tuesday and AFM on the Friday - I think you could prepare to resit both - there is even more cross-over on the exam skills for these exams, now that options have 20% professional skills marks. Please start with these two posts https://opentuition.com/topic/aaa-introducing-professional-skills-into-the-options-exams https://opentuition.com/topic/kickstart-exam-prep-professional-skills-for-strategic-options-acca-webinar And I will write some more about exam approach.

@kim Thank you for the resources you mentioned. I will ensure I go through each of them to improve my exam skills to score better.

ACCA has now added SHORT videos on EACH of the professional skills - communication, analysis and evaluation, scepticism and commercial acumen - to the professional skills pages for each of the option exams: APM - https://www.accaglobal.com/gb/en/student/exam-support-resources/professional-exams-study-resources/p5/Professional-skills-APM.html AFM - https://www.accaglobal.com/gb/en/student/exam-support-resources/professional-exams-study-resources/p4/professional-skills-AFM.html AAA - https://www.accaglobal.com/gb/en/student/exam-support-resources/professional-exams-study-resources/p7/professional-skills-AAA.html
