How do l present my SWOT and PESTLE for both companies if they have similar points and some points are different Thank you

I mean suppose both companies have issues related to tarrifs,which is a similar point and then they also have different points,assuming we are looking a one model,how do l present the points the report,do l say for example the similar external factors affecting by both companies are as follows and then write them and then say different factors affecting the companies are as follows Thank you

When doing the PEST analysis do l have to do for the comparator or the main company is enough and if yes then l have to link the financial analysis of the comparator too right
