I have downloaded P3 lecture notes from here; will the notes on here be enough to study for the December exams plus ofcourse doing the questions on P3 workbook? or do i have to read everything on the text book?

I think that listening to the OT lectures, learning what's in the OT notes, looking at the solved questions on-line, reading relevant Student Accountant articles and, most importantly, WORKING THROUGH PAST EXAM Questions and Answers gives you a very good chance of success in the P3 exam.
