Q2:The purpose of Porter's five forces is to take competitive advantage and make a good profit than our competitor..Am I Saying right?
Q3:what is the purpose of porter's value Chain?

9y ago#11 Tjere are more and more laws, regulations and consumer concern about pollution and firms have to take account of that.
2 The purpose of the 5 Forces is to understand the influences on profitability and hence to respond where possible so that profits can be increased.
3 The value chain shows all the activities in an organisation. An organisation has to understand how these activities add value ie create profot.
