Hello sir,
I have got the mail from ACCA that contains –“I am writing to you regarding irregularities identified in your exam response for the remotely invigilated AA exam(s) you attempted during the September 2022 exam session.
As part of the terms and conditions you agreed to when entering for the exam, you agreed to abide by our Exam Regulations and Guidelines which help us ensure the validity of exam results. The validity of an exam may be called into question should an event, act or omission, undermine or threaten to undermine the validity and credibility of your exam result.
We ensure the validity and credibility of exam results through our quality control processes by:
– using the most robust and rigorous form of live invigilation
– running multiple quality assurance post-exam procedures to identify possible irregularities in exam responses
– having a team of experts sit on our Irregular Results Panel to review and consider irregular exam responses. After careful review by our Irregular Results Panel, and in accordance with Exam Regulation 21 , your result has been nullified as your exam response contains elements which undermine the validity and credibility of your exam result. Accordingly, you will forfeit your exam fee and this exam result will also be reflected as a nullified result on your student record.
To maintain the security of our exam model and processes it is not possible to disclose the exact nature of the irregularities identified. However, we can confirm the irregularity is not related to any technical fault.
If you believe that ACCA did not apply its procedures correctly in considering your case, you may appeal to an Irregular Results Appeals Panel meeting. To do so, you must submit your appeal to the Head of Exam Delivery within 14 days of this communication, at the following email address – Exams.Contingency@accaglobal.com.”
and my exam result shows – Nullified
What should I do? Is this happens with anyone?

Hey Guys, my AA result got nullfied by ACCA and I don’t know on what grounds it happened. I have appeared in December 2022 sitting.
Does anyone else also faced this issue in this attempt or in any earlier attempt. And if any student faced this issue in earlier attempts, what was the conclusion in the end, does ACCA released the results?
Please tag the person who can help in this regard.January 16, 2023 at 2:36 pm #676561dhruvgx, please ask about above on the following forum-
