    Hi Mike

I do not understand your advice you give in passing F4. You say 70 to 80 percent practicing question. Does it mean that I need not to read the text or your note. How do I practice questions when I do not know the answers. I really want to pass i have exam December 20 2018. I await your advice.

    Thanks

So you leave it until just 12 days before you seek advice!

Too late to read a study text

Watch the videos and read the notes – notes take 2 hours to read from start to finish – read those notes fright through for three consecutive days

Meanwhile, open your (up-to-date) revision kit and start guessing answers

You’ll be lucky to score any more than 20%

But do those same questions a day later and you’re up to 30% – 35%

    Read the notes again

    Try the questions again

Hour after hour after hour of question practice

And, when you come across a question where you really do not understand why the given answer is correct, post again on this forum and I shall get back to you

    Read the notes again

Then many, many more hours of question practice

There is a limit to how many questions can be asked in a law exam, given the syllabus. So you’ll find that questions seem to repeat. Be careful! There may be a very close similarity but there could be just (say) one word difference

For example a question may use the word “may” where a similar question uses “must”

    OK?
