need examples of wrongful dismissal

I can’t understand what is wrongful dismissal. Does it legal or correct?

Wrongful means that it is not correct. It means, for example, not following the contract of employment with regard to dismissal.
Unfair dismissal is more important.
All of that is covered in our notes and lectures.
