Hello Sir, I have some confusion in making the correct regret table or how to look for the correct table to make the decision like in Bpp q 36 EDU com we looked at the lines of Vc cost not vertically using prices because the way we do the regret table will affect our answer , can you please clarify this status , Thanks,

It does not matter which was round you show your table (columns or rows) provided, obviously, that you interpret it the correct way. That relies on understanding what is happening - you should not simply learn rules. All I can suggest is that you watch the free lecture on this because I can't really type it all out here.
