I'm really sorry about this but I have no idea what question you are asking. It makes as much sense to me as asking 'What is the difference between yellow and Greek' Have another go and I'll try to help you OK?

I am so sorry I wanted to ask What's the difference between English and Global?

Zain, I could be really, really horrible and sarcastic here ... but I won't Instead, I shall rephrase your question and make proper sense of it for the purpose of this forum I believe that the question that you wanted to ask was "What is the difference between the English Law variant and the Global Law variant?" And I propose to go on on the assumption that this is, in fact, the point of your post There have been multiple threads asking this same question in the past on this forum but I'll give you the bare bones of the differences between the two variants Of major concern is the issue of where you plan to be working as a qualified ACCA. Should you feel that your future lies in the UK, then you really should opt for the English variant. If you choose Global variant and then later choose to practice the profession in the UK, then you will need to pass the English variant even though you may be fully qualified If, however, you intend never to practice in the UK, then you truly have a choice - English or Global There is overlap in the two variants covering around 50% - 55% of the syllabi so I need only consider the one major difference (as you asked!) English Law syllabus includes a lot of contract law and very little non-English law ... ... Global Law syllabus includes a lot of International Trade / Commercial Law This is the major difference! Your choice is really governed by not only where in the World you intend working but also in what field you hope to find employment. If it's in a commercial environment involving international trade, then the Global variant is the one for you Is that enough for you? If not, post again OK?
