I really need some advice - I am failing CIMA and want some advice on ACCA

Former userFormer user5y ago
Good Day, I passed the Management Case Study and got the 12 exemption for CIMA, however, it took me 3 years and 6 failures at E3 to pass, I am very sceptical to undertake the P3 and F3 exams as I keep remembering th horrors of failure in what supposed to be the easiest Strategic Level exams. I have gotten exempted for Level 1 ACCA and passed LW… I was wondering why it is so hard to clear CIMA exams and if I should migrate to ACCA and leave CIMA all together.. Any advice anyone?

I think CIMA is not that hard, but passable. I suggest you use CIMA text from ElSevier and use the reviewer of Kaplan. That was for my Finance. It made it easy.

Heya! This is Raj Kumar. I can totally understand your plight which you're going through. I had gone though the same thing. All you need is a good mentor. I completed my MCS and took 2 years to write P2. My friend who is a CGMA suggested a faculty. She is CGMA, FCMA, member of ACCA, IND CPA, IND CMA, US CMA and IND CS. she is excellent in teaching and she taught me so well I passed in one go through SCS. she is also a SCS examiner. If you want to know to about the details just mail me at [email protected]. Good Day.
