How to present your answer in ACCA P5 exams?

Hi, I have failed my ACCA P5 ever since 2013, which is like 4 times and I am on the verge of giving up this paper as I have tried alot of different things from attending classes and study like how normal student is studying (e.g. Read through all topics and then practice questions) to doing only questions (e.g. buying Kaplan revision kit and start practicing only the questions) but I still get around 33 marks. I think my problem lies with the presentation of my answers which was not comprehensive enough and due to the time constraint, I was not able to finish all the questions for all my past exams. Previously, I use point form, headers and sub-headers to present my answers. Of course the point form is in proper sentences but I get 33 marks. I have been searching for all revision lectures, none of it talks about presentation of answers during the exam. Perhaps, you could explain or show us how should we present our answers? I went to Kaplan open day where the lecturer demonstrate to us that we should use short sentence for each point but then this I see is only applicable for those question with 5 to 8 marks. It is difficult to apply in questions such as report with 10 to 20 marks for each section. Please help me!!!!!!!
