question a(iv) here we were asked whether we should sell the concept now for a higher price or whether we shoud sell the concept after the regultory approaval for a lower cost?
DOUBT 1 ) - In the solution they are compaing the option to sell with project chi? why not alternative option
DOUBT 2 ) - in the question there are two project - project chi and alternative poject how would i know which project should be compraed with the option to sell?

2. The question asks for comparing with selling to Gepe and it only for project Chi that there is mention of being able to sell to Gepe.
