forward rate agreement and forward rate contract

Please, what is the difference between a forward rate agreement and a forward rate contract?

We usually use the phrase forward rate agreement when we are fixing an interest rate. Forward rate contract is when we are fixing an exchange rate for foreign currency. (It will be clear from the question though anyway)
