Dear Sirs,
If we are asked to identify and explain different things (e.g. behaviour issues in performance management), what would you suggest as a better option – to list a few examples and explain them in details or lists as many examples we can think of and give a brief explanation? Which way do you think we’ll be able to get more marks?
It really depends how many marks are available. Aim to make 1 point for 1 mark.
If you are asked to identify and explain then usually you could expect there to be 1 mark for identifying and 1 mark for explaining.
